The Best Way to Book Us

We require a consultation before booking your event. This will ensure we’re your perfect fit and fully aligned in bringing your vision to life.

Consultations are always free to book and schedule. ✨

The easiest way to get started is through our online scheduling portal, found under the “Weddings & Events” tab on our website. You're welcome to call to schedule, too. (608) 837-3830

Use the “Request a Consultation” page to send us a message. This is ideal if you’re inquiring about date availability or have special requests you'd like to clarify before scheduling.

Click on the “Schedule a Consultation” tab. You’ll be directed to our Google Calendar where you can choose a time that works best for you and fill out a few helpful details to guide our meeting.

Scheduling

Our consultations are available Monday through Friday, beginning at 10:00 a.m. and concluding at 3:00 p.m. We understand that every schedule is different and will do our best to accommodate special requests.

What to Expect at Your Consultation

Our consultations generally take around an hour, depending on the scope and scale of your event. During this time, we’ll dive into all the meaningful details—your event date, type, and location, as well as your vision for florals, colors, and style. We will make sure we are on the same page in bringing your vision to life. If you're not sure of your vision, we will work with you to find it.

What You Should Bring

You don’t need to bring anything but yourself! That said, if you have any of the following, we’d love to see them:

🌿 Vision boards or inspiration images

📸 Photos or Pinterest saves

🎨 Color palettes, favorite flowers, or aesthetics

Thinking ahead about flowers, colors, shapes, mood, or budget is always helpful, but not required. We’ll guide you through it all.

Who You Should Bring

Anyone you'd like included! Yourself, Both of you, Moms, Dads, Best Friends, Sisters, Brothers, Aunts, Uncles, Grandmas, Grandpas, Long Lost Buddies, Neighbors... You name it! We want your experience to bring you joy, so any support system you'd like is perfect. We're also happy to meet with you alone if that's less overwhelming. No rules here!
